The rematch for the undisputed bantamweight title between Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling just went down at the co-main event of UFC 273. Sterling and Yan genuinely hated each other, and they couldn’t wait to step inside the octagon in this much-awaited bantamweight title rematch.

Sterling was coming off from career-changing neck surgery, and he was out of action for over 9 months. Yan, on the other hand, fought Cory Sandhagen for the interim bantamweight title, and he looked better than ever. The fight started and Sterling took a more measured approach, he took his time to feel out his opponent in the first round, and Yan was fighting a little too emotionally.

Sterling was giving Yan a tough challenge, and he got the better end of the split decision to secure his undisputed bantamweight title. His corner was fired up, and Sterling was overwhelmed with emotions. He took the mic to use his bragging rights, and when asked who he wants to face next, he called the former bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw.

He called him Needleshaw and Pillashaw, this was a taunt to his infamous PED use. TJ made a comeback against Cory Sandhagen in a number one contender match, and even though he won that fight, an unfortunate knee injury forced him out of the action. TJ was in the crowd, and he took to Twitter to respond to this call-out.
