Moreover, reports speculate that he also has PPV points on his contract. As such, Poirier will earn $2 million or more in his co-main event fight against Benoit Saint-Denis at UFC 299.
On the other hand, Benoit Saint-Denis is a superstar in the making for the UFC, particularly in France. Saint-Denis made more than $100K in his previous fight at UFC 296, and he will likely make close to $200K at UFC 299 and will likely make more if he wins against Poirier.

Former bantamweight champion Petr Yan opens the main card against Song Yadong, a budding superstar. As the former champion, Yan will have a base salary of $250K and will make more if victorious. Yadong will have a base salary of $150K and will make more if victorious against Yan.
Former welterweight title challenger Gilbert Burns will have a tough task at hand against Jack Della Maddalena (undefeated in the UFC). Burns has the potential to make $500K if he wins against Maddalena, who in turn will make $300K if victorious against Burns.
Kevin Holland will welcome Michael Venom Page into the promotion at UFC 299. Holland has a good relationship with the UFC and will likely make close to $300K at the event. Debutant Michael Venom Page will likely pocket a respectable $250K.
