“Are you a doctor?” Dana White and MMA reporter heated debate about Joe Rogan COVID 19 vaccine controversy

Dana White gets into argument with MMA reporter

Dana White does not mind getting political during his post-fight press conferences. The UFC president wasn’t afraid to speak his mind and defend his long-time employee Joe Rogan in a heated debate about COVID 19 treatment.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship kicked off 2022 with a stunning event. UFC Vegas 46 was the first fight event of the new year and Dana couldn’t be happier. However, to make things a little controversial, the UFC president was asked about his opinion on the current situation with his long-time employee Joe Rogan and the vaccine controversy.

Dana White recently caught covid and took advice from his friend from the commentary booth. After White recovered from the disease, Dana made sure he thanked “Dr. Rogan” for his treatment recommendation. Joe has been suggesting that monoclonal antibodies have been working better than the COVID 19 vaccines in various episodes of his world-famous podcast. Recently, several doctors and scientists have put pressure on Spotify to take down the podcast. Dana stands with the doctors on this one. Except he stands with “Dr. Rogan”.

When a reporter asked about Dana’s thoughts on doctors putting pressure on Spotify to take down Joe Rogan, this is what he said. “Ever since I came out and said what I did [the treatment] it is almost impossible now to get monoclonal antibodies. They are making it so that you can’t get them.”

“Medicine that absolutely works, they’re keeping from us…Ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies have been around for a long time. Now all of sudden you can’t dig em up to save your life. The doctors won’t give them,” said Dana. “Everybody could get it. But now, Rogan’s been talking about it, I went crazy about it you can’t get those things to save your life.”

When Dana was talking about suggesting the treatments he used, a reporter popped up and asked, “Are you a doctor?” Dana White responded jokingly saying, “Here he comes! I took them and they both worked for me so why I shouldn’t take them? I can get some pain kills quicker than I can get monoclonal antibodies. They hand out pain pills like tic-tacs. That’s a fact and I am not a doctor.”
