Caio Borralho and Armen Petrosyan fight in the co-main event
UFC Vegas 58 will see an amazing middleweight matchup in the co-main event. Caio Borralho and Armen Petrosyan will take on each other in an amazing fight.
UFC Vegas 58 takes place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. There will be a small crowd watching the fights from the Apex and they sure will be looking to watch the two exciting middleweights scrap inside the octagon. The event is headlined by Rafael Fiziev vs Rafael Dos Anjos and just before we get to see that lightweight fight, the UFC presents us with two fighters from Dana White’s Contender Series.
Caio is coming off a win against Gadzhi Omargadzhiev in April 2022. The Brazilian has a record of 11-1-0 in his professional MMA career. His opponent, Armen Petrosyan is also coming off a win against Gregory Rodrigues in February. Both these fighters want a fight against the top 15 middleweights after this bout. Let us see how this fight plays out at UFC Vegas 58.

Caio Borralho Armen Petrosyan
Round 1 Caio throws an amazing headkick and then lands a good right hand. Borralho takes things to the mat within the first minute as he secures an easy takedown. Borralho immediately goes for the choke but Armen tries his best to get out of trouble. A lot of energy is spent by both fighters fighting on the floor. Not a lot of action other than dominant control from Caio. Round ends.
Round 2 Both the fighter once again back on the feet. But not for too long. Caio with another takedown and goes for the submission attempt immediately. Armen manages to get out of trouble with ease and Caio prevents damage by laying on the ground. The referee restarts the fight on the feet. Another takedown for Borralho. Caio once again gets the back of Petrosyan and looks for the choke.
Round 3 Armen looking to land some heavy strikes in the final round. Huge leg kicks for Armen and Caio treading carefully. Caio goes for another takedown but ends up getting into a clinch. The referee yells for some action as the two continue to clinch against the fence. Caio drags Armen all the way across the octagon and fails to get the takedown. A pretty uneventful end to the third round.
Results: Caio Borralho def. Armen Petrosyan via unanimous decision
