Kamaru Usman reigns supreme at 170-pounds as champion and is currently the No 1 pound-for-1. The Welterweight also features top-quality opponents such as Colby Covington, Leon Edwards, Gilbert Burns, and Khamzat Chimaev so there will be plenty of options for a Dubliner.
Kamaru Usman, took notice of McGregor especially after he said that he would be claiming the UFC’s third title upon his return. He was trolled by Usman in response. He posted a photo showing “The Notorious” being choked in three weight classes, from featherweight to welterweight, while adding the caption, “I’ll just leave it here.”
Even though McGregor may be determined to make history but he will likely have to wait, as he is still healing from his injury, and Kamaru is ready to defend his title against Leon Edwards.
