Conor McGregor is out from action following a devastating leg injury he sustained at the main event of UFC 264 against Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier.

Even though Conor is currently in the rehabilitation process, he doesn’t miss any chance to stay in the spotlight. He called out Dustin’s wife right after their fight ended. Then he posted death threats against his family. A few days back he got involved in an altercation with the rapper Machine Gun Kelly at MTV Video Music Awards, MGK denied Conor for a photograph, and Conor threw a drink at him.

This Tuesday, McGregor threw the first pitch at Chicago Clubs game. People thought he would do well in this given he is an exceptional athlete, but he failed terribly as the ball flew over the player’s head, and hit the protective netting over the fans. Well, this incident was embarrassing for sure, and now Conor has reacted to it.

Conor McGregor talked to a reporter prior to his pitch, the reporter asked him what happened, he said, “The most devastating first pitch ever seen! The venom is there, the power is there, only accuracy is a bit off.” (Well, it was way off Conor). McGregor apparently claimed that it was because of his leg injury, he said he was standing on one leg only, and that messed with his accuracy.

He even went on to claim that he was on par with the athletes competing in terms of strength, but we all know what happened. Conor is not expected to return anytime soon, he is still recovering from the injury, but he is feeling better than ever. He even claimed he felt like he was ready to kick, but it was not advised by his doctors.
