Bryan Barberena and Matt Brown
Bryan Barberena and Matt Brown put on a show at the UFC Columbus fight night and took home the ‘Fight of the night’ bonuses, each fighter took home an extra $50,000 for their efforts. Brown also got a trip to the hospital for precautionary reasons. Bryan won the bout via a split decision.

Every fight is exciting in its own way but it’s cool to be able to do it at home. It was like 11, 13 years ago the last time they had it here and I was on that card. To do it over a decade later is badass, it’s great,” Brown explained.
When Matt Brown was asked about how he saw the fight going, he said “I see myself knocking him out, probably an elbow or knee. Just pull him into deep waters he hasn’t been in,”. “I want both of us to be in the deep waters and make it a war of attrition.” Although Matt
