The clash for the UFC middleweight championship between Israel Adesanya and Cannonier at UFC 276 was the only PPV headliner event of the ‘Killa Gorilla’. Since then, the American fighter has headlined every fight event he has participated in within the promotion.

In his most recent fight, Cannonier faced an undefeated contender named Caio Borralho at UFC Vegas 96. Despite suffering a brutal defeat, the ‘Killa Gorilla’ took home an estimated payout of around $350,000. Currently, the UFC and the sports commission no longer disclose the exact salaries of the fighters. Keeping that in mind, Cannonier is expected to receive a similar payout in his upcoming fight.
