In this day and age, People should learn how to take a joke. Darren Till, No.8 ranked middleweight, in a recent Twitter comment shows that he has a good sense of humor while roasting himself.

In a recent twitter post, the official account for BT sports asked fans what was their favorite UFC London event and surprise surprise Till replied, “Darren till getting knocked out.”

In an UFC headliner in 2019, London, Darren , the hometown favorite, was definitely considered a shoe-in against his opponent Jorge Masvidal. Unfortunately Till was knocked out by the underdog in the second round, possibly derailing all future career prospects.

Currently Darren has won only a fight since his loss in his hometown and is currently sparring with Khamzat Chimaev, with whom he is enjoying himself thoroughly.

Jorge Masvidal warns about Darren Till’s Power Packed Punch

Masvidal in a Q and A live on Instagram revealed that the British fighter was the most powerful puncher he ever had to face. He first mentioned Paul Daley and James Krause, fighters he encountered previously in his career.

In his exact words, the Gamebred said, “Till, actually yes. That’s who I would definitely say. Till has the most power of anybody I’ve ever faced before. I remember his lead hand. He’s very well balanced. It wasn’t just like his straight left was powerful. When he hit me with a jab it felt like a regular right hand. It was like thudding the guy.”

Masvidal was supposed to be a sacrifice for Darren, so as to boost his career. Despite the Gorilla’s loss, Masvidal acknowledged the powerful punch that left a dent on his chin

This knockout resurrected Masvidal’s career, who then went on to win his next fight against Ben Askren and Nate Diaz.
