Deiveson Figueiredo and Henry Cejudo
Deiveson Figueiredo recently became the second time UFC Bantamweight Champion after defeating Brendon Moreno at UFC 270. The trilogy fight between the fighters had massive anticipation and the fighters delivered exactly what the fans expected. The fight was classic as both the fighters showcased immense skills and fighting spirit. In the initial rounds, Moreno was very smooth with his striking and was dominating the Brazilian.
But in the third round, Figueiredo turned the tables by landing a huge right hand which Knocked the champion down. As the fight progressed the challenger started to gain more control of the fight landing significant strikes which allowed him to take more points. Although the fight looked close, at the end of the five rounds Figueiredo won the bout via unanimous decision and reclaimed his lost belt.
Henry Cejudo was with Figueiredo inside the arena as his team member and was giving his inputs during the breaks. Henry Cejudo helped Figueiredo in his wrestling when the fighter was training with him at the Fight Ready gym in Arizona.

The Schmo posted a video on Twitter where The Schmo was interviewing Triple about the UFC 270 fight. During the interview, Figueiredo was sitting right behind the pair and was busy on his phone. The Schmo took this opportunity and jokingly asked Triple C what Figueiredo is doing and why he is so busy. “What do you think he is thinking about behind us right now coz English isn’t the first language he can’t understand us,” asked The Schmo. To this Cejudo, humorously made a great joke about it, he said. ” He’s probably on tinder but doesn’t tell him I said that. ”
In the same interview, Henry shared his first-time experience going into the UFC PPV event arena as a fighter’s coach. The former double champ explained that it was a very cool feeling and it gave him an opportunity to feel what he felt before as a fighter.
