In his podcast, Rogan narrated a story about a doctor who was once shocked assessing Romero’s anatomy after a fight. Rogan claimed the UFC got a call from the doctor examining Romero in shock at the fighter’s body.

Joe Rogan has always been a huge fan of Yoel Romero. The podcaster would mention the Cuban fighter every chance he gets. In an episode with UFC superstar Jorge Masvidal, Rogan was stunned after learning a shocking fact about the middleweight’s physique.

In the podcast, Masvidal revealed that Romero never lifted weights during his career and stuck to only bodyweight workouts. Masvidal and Romero trained together and the Miaimi star never saw him lift weights in the gym.

“Just pushups, pullups, squat jumps. He’d do a lot of body workouts and he looks like a f**king pro bodybuilder.”
