“How is it possible”- Paulo Costa delivers mind-blowing astronomy lessons in relation to the Egyptian pyramids
Paulo Costa
Former UFC middleweight title challenger Paulo Costa is an avid follower of astronomy besides combat sports, and you can perhaps resort to his Twitter for space exploration time. Costa, who is in a back and forth with the UFC currently for which weight class he is supposed to be fighting in, last fought and lost a unanimous decision light-heavyweight bout against another former title challenger in Marvin Vettori. The fight was originally scheduled as a middleweight bout but due to Costa’s unprofessionalism that caused him to miss a lot of weight, the fight levelled up to a weight class.
Before suffering through his ongoing 2-fight skid, Costa was a dangerous undefeated fight on a 13-fight winning streak with wins over the likes of Uriah Hall, Yoel Romero, and many more. Costa is now expected to not fall into any more weight cutting debacles and move up a weight class where he has a number of high potential fights.
Paulo Costa puts over an interesting question on the Orion constellation
Costa, out of nowhere, decided to talk about space and pyramids on his Twitter and he came to an interesting conclusion in a series of tweets. In the first tweet, Costa wrote “according to NASA, the earth rotates on its axis at 1,040 mph and travels around the sun at 67,000 mph, while the sun travels along the LACTEA VIA at 448,000 mph. so since the pyramids were built they have moved about 20,342,296,800,000 in many different directions.”
In the second tweet, Costa asks, “After thousands of years, the earth rotating through the solar system, the sun moving through space at extraordinary speeds, one question remains: how is it possible for the stars belt of Orion to always line up with the pyramids in the same place?”
What do you make of Costa’s this side of an avid follower of astronomy? Where do you think Costa should fight next, should it be at middleweight or light-heavyweight? At light-heavyweight, if we see, Costa can fight a number of opponents such as strikers like Dominick Reyes, Johnny Walker, Paul Craig or Anthony Smith.
