The long-standing animosity between Khabib Nurmagomedov and UFC superstar Conor McGregor is still strong today. Back in 2021, the Irishman launched another Twitter attack on Khabib Nurmagomedov in the aftermath of Khabib’s comments on ring girls.

The Dagestani wrestler was mocked in an image released by ‘The Notorious’ for his divisive comments about UFC ring girls during a news conference in August of 2021. Conor McGregor mentioned Arianny Celeste and Brittney Palmer in the image, two of the most famous ring girls of the UFC.

The Dagestani fighter had mentioned in an interview that the ring girls were the most unnecessary people in the UFC. According to him, everyone could easily know the time and round from the tv screen and there was no need for ring girls.
