Amid all the heat Dana White has been receiving for not increasing UFC fighter’s minimum pay, Sean O’Malley stands out as an exception who supports the UFC President for his decision.

Dana White, in the past few months, has been catching a lot of flak for his arrogant stance on not increasing the fighter’s minimum wage. Fighters like Jon Jones, Francis Ngannou, have been the biggest voice from the UFC roster to talk against the boss. Other than that, the movement has caught a lot of attention after Youtube and boxing sensation Jake Paul started to come at the White for his low payments.

Jake has continuously called out the UFC for not treating their fighters well. Dana would be pleased to know that Sean O’Malley, fan-favorite has decided to voice his opinion in favor of the company’s policy. In a recent episode of his YouTube show, The TimboSugarShow, O’Malley spoke about why he believes Dana is not wrong.

In the episode, Sean said, “Dude, like I don’t even blame Dana, it’s like some of these f**king people have zero following. They’re not making the UFC one hundred thousand. They’re not making the UFC fifty thousand. They’re not making the UFC any money, really. But that’s just from a business perspective, from Dana’s business perspective, and I can see that,” said O’Malley on low fighter pay.

Currently, the minimum fighter’s pay in the UFC is $12k and the promotion does not offer any long-time health care benefits to the fighters. Dana White also has come out defensive by saying boxers like Jake Paul and Logan Paul get paid more because of their massive fan following and the PPV numbers they do.

According to the boss, UFC pays fighters for what they offer to the company. Fighters like Conor McGregor, Sean O’Malley, Nate Diaz, and many other stars get paid the big bucks because of the PPV sales they bring. What is your take on this whole fighters’ pay situation?
