The middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya is on top of the world. Lapping through his division while being one of the top draws of the sport, is a definite indication that he must be cashing in big style. Rightfully so, Israel Adesanya has fought for the things he has accomplished, literally.
Israel Adesanya recently negotiated a new contract for himself. According to reports, Adesanya signed one of the most lucrative contracts in the history of the sports, and his management team made the news public. No doubt considering the brandish personality of the champion, he sure would relish in his acquired wealth. He recently went on a shoot with GQ where he demonstrated how he spent the first million dollars he earned.
It was filled with lavish luxurious items. In the interview, he stated ” I bought my first big chain (chain) for $ 13,000. I spent about three to five thousand dollars on clothes and shoes. I made a dragon tattoo, I call it ‘Kunta Kinte’. I spent about $ 4,000 on that tattoo because I got a discount from a friend.”
Israel Adesanya states the beloved belonging that is required on a daily basis by him.
He uploaded a youtube video on his channel which showed the Behind the scenes of the GQ shoot. He is consistent on his youtube channel where he uploads content to provide updates to his fans and reactions to every PPV card that the fans seem to enjoy.
In the recent video, he stated that his daily essentials which included Boxing gloves, Airpods, and many other things would be well demonstrated when the official GQ video is released. He said that the boxing gloves he uses in training have been his prototype gloves for every training camp since the last 5 years due to which they are weathered out.
Israel is set to potentially face Jared Cannonier, that would be interesting, to say the least. The odd makers have the challenger as the underdog, however, in the sport of MMA nothing can be guaranteed especially if you are fighting top-tier fighters where it’s a battle of milliseconds. Regardless, it’s always a treat to watch the champion do his thing inside the octagon and his next fight would be a spectacle as always.
