Jiri Prochazka rips “Liar” Aleksandar Rakic for talking ill about the Czech flag

Aleksandar Rakic and Jiri Prochazka
UFC rising light heavyweight fighter Jiri Prochazka does not appreciate the “Rocket” Aleksandar Rakic for getting personal with his attacks.
Jiri Prochazka came into the UFC with the motive of fighting for the title in the shortest route possible and the fighter is very close to making his dream come true. The “Denisa” was called up as a backup fighter for the recent light heavyweight title fight Glover Teixeira and Jan Blachowicz. Jiri traveled all the way to Abu Dhabi to weigh in as a back fighter at UFC 267. Though he did not get to fight that night, the fighter is optimistic that his next fight would be for the title.
Jiri has a record of 2-0 in the UFC and both of them have been highlight-reel knockout wins. Though Jiri might not have a lot of experience in the UFC, he is an MMA veteran with a professional record of 28-3-1 in his career. Jiri’s rise to the top in such a short time has not sat well with the top-ranked fighter Aleksandar Rakic. The fighter strongly believes he should be next for the title and he let his thoughts be known a little too harshly on social media. Jiri went on the recent episode of MMA Fighting hosted by Ariel Helwani and addressed the issue.
“The first step in my opinion is I need to keep my word when I stepped into the UFC. I want to go to the title in the shortest way that I can. So that’s my first target,” said Jiri on MMA Hour. Prochazka also called out Rakic on his lies and denied the claims that the “Rocket” made on Twitter.
What did Rakic say about Jiri Prochazka?

In a recent tweet by Rakic, he said, “If he’s getting the title shot why did the UFC offer me two days ago to fight him for a #1 contender fight?” Rakic also made some personal attacks that said “The time will come when I cut that ugly Czech flag sh*t off his head,” in another tweet.
Talking to Ariel Helwani, Jiri said, “I’m a little bit disappointed from that because my coach showed me that before and that is so disrespectful. And the information that UFC offered him that fight is not true. I have it from my manager who is speaking with the UFC and they said it is not true.” Aleksandar is 6-1 in the UFC ever since his debut in 2017. The fighter believes he should be up for the title shot rather than Jiri.
“That is showing he just a liar. And that second thing with the flag, I’m good with that because that’s not an attack on me. He is showing he is not a warrior and he is just trash. He is disrespectful and I have no words for him. His flag has the same colors as our flag. It is just showing that he is trash.”
