Joe Rogan recently signed a new deal with Spotify worth $250 million. Moreover, his friend and fellow comedian Shane Gillis partnered with Bud Light. Gillis and Matt McCusker, co-host of his Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast, were the recent guests on the Joe Rogan Experience.

Gillis’ recent partnership was a topic of discussion on the podcast. Rogan and McCusker were very happy about Gillis’ partnership with Bud Light. Rogan foresaw a comeback for Bud Light after their recent controversy. This is what he said about it,

Bud Light came all the way back. UFC, Shane Gillis, let go, let's go, let's fucking go. I mean, that's a good move. Like, that guy that we met, the CEO, he's got it together. Yeah, he gets it.

Brendan Whitworth is the CEO of Bud Light, which Rogan mentioned. After the controversy due to the Dylan Mulvaney commercial, Bud Light lost a lot of customers from the conservative section. Moreover, the UFC penned a deal with them after the controversy, and the promotion lost Fight Pass subscribers after the deal.

Nonetheless, Dana White is a firm supporter of Anheuser-Busch’s core beliefs. Many saw the UFC deal with Bud Light as a move by the beer company to get back the conservative customers. Nonetheless, the deal has not yet provided profits. Moreover, UFC’s former partner, Modelo, has the lion’s share of the market at present.

Gillis was a recent guest on the podcast, which came on the backdrop of his partnership with Bud Light.

On the podcast, Rogan stated what he felt made the Anheuser Busch product partnered with Gillis. This is what he said.

Bud Light received a lot of negative publicity after the Dylan Mulvaney commercial. Popular rockstar Kid Rock was at the forefront of it. UFC superstar Sean Strickland was also among them.
