An Atlanta grand jury indicted Donald Trump and eighteen others recently. They face sweeping racketeering accusations about their plans to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Trump is presently polling first among Republican candidates for president in 2024. Trump has been indicted in four different criminal investigations since April. Podcast host Joe Rogan has weighed in on the issues surrounding Donald Trump.

In a recent JRE episode, Joe Rogan said, “If Trump’s not in jail, he can’t beat him.” Furthermore, he stated that Trump supporters consider these charges to be a witch-hunt, which is being targeted toward him. Rogan further noted that these actions make the government seem like a “Banna Republic.” He also reflected on how arresting your political rival for crimes allegedly committed by Joe Biden remains hypocritical.

According to the Associated Press, Donald Trump is facing an indictment from a New York prosecutor in connection with a hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Trump made the payment through a shell company and was reimbursed by Trump’s campaign funds. There is a rule that campaign funds can only be used for campaigns and not for anything else.

Trump has so far four separate disputed charges against him and has urged his fans to protest if he is detained. Furthermore, Trump has ten days to present himself to face charges that he and 18 others planned a “criminal enterprise” to overturn the 2020 election results.
