He recently talked about the Chinese Spy Balloon incident and its existence even when Donald Trump reigned as the President.
Joe Rogan said, “I heard also that those balloons were flying around when Trump was President, they didn’t tell him about it. They didn’t want Trump going crazy, shooting nukes at them.” The nature of the balloon remains unknown, and the speculations state that it could have been a weather balloon or a spy balloon to capture the response time of the United States.
Rogan and his guest discussed the matter and the influence of TikTok on the United States. There are still more questions about what the Chines Spy balloons gathered from the United States. However, his guest revealed that it was not a weather balloon, and the information collection remained its intended purpose.
Joe Rogan also interviewed Jorge Masvidal at UFC 286, where Masvial took the opportunity to take shots at President Joe Biden in favour of former President Donald Trump. Rogan was smiling the entire time during Masvidal’s post-fight speech surrounding the former President.
Joe Rogan chooses Ron DeSantis over Donald Trump
With the 2024 elections heating up, UFC commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan has decided on his ideal choice for Presidency. Rogan has been highly critical of President Joe Biden and disagrees with former President Donald Trump.
On his podcast, he said, “Yeah, I think Ron DeSantis would work as a good president. I mean, what he has done for Florida has been admirable.” It appears that Rogan has decided on his preferred candidate to vote for if DeSantis decides to contest for the US Presidency. DeSantis has yet to announce his decision to contest in the Republican primary publicly.
DeSantis and the UFC have been on good terms since the Covid Pandemic. Despite the danger of Covid, DeSantis opened the state of Florida to UFC and WWE to put on their shows and even Dana White and Jorge Masvidal have praised the efforts of the Florida Governor.
