Joe Rogan is the host of the most-viewed podcast in the world, The Joe Rogan Experience. Many acclaimed personalities grace the podcast. Notable comedian Tim Dillon was one of the recent guests on the podcast. One of the topics in their discussion was civilizations.
Rogan believed that each civilization has their positives and negatives. However, he found one of the civilizations to be superior to the other. This is what he talked about on his podcast:
I think probably whatever the Egyptians were doing, they were the most advanced civilization that ever existed. That's what I think. ..... I don't think we can do what they did. Just look at it, just the sheer dynamics, the volume of stone that they moved, the precision with which they built it. I really don't think we can do that.Joe Rogan via JRE

Joe Rogan is in awe of the mathematical and architectural knowledge of ancient Egyptians. Moreover, he felt that they were superior to what even modern civilization had. Rogan did not have deep knowledge of civilizations; his knowledge is second-hand information available through his interaction with various guests on the podcast.
Mainstream academics do not agree with Rogan’s assessment. Moreover, many UFC fighters have certain assessments that the mainstream academia does not acknowledge. For example, UFC featherweight Bryce Mitchell is a proponent of the ‘Flat Earth’ theory.

Bo Nickal was a recent guest on the Joe Rogan Experience. Nickal is undefeated in the middleweight division and will face Cody Brundage at UFC 300. Moreover, Nickal is also close with Donald Trump, whom he finds a very cool person.

During the podcast with Nickal, Rogan talked about Georges St-Pierre‘s training program with Nickal. This is what he said.
George St-Pierre famously, later in his career, stopped doing all strength and conditioning. He said efficiency is more important than anything, and, you know, in his mind, it was really just about specific training for MMA, meaning just sparring rounds in the bag, those types of things, hits.
St-Pierre is one of the legends of MMA. Moreover, many believe that he is the GOAT of MMA as he was a clean athlete in addition to his MMA accomplishments. St-Pierre is one of the very few two-division champions in the UFC. Moreover, one of the reasons for the Canadian’s success was his training program, which Rogan explained.
