So as per multiple sources, Jose Aldo wife Vivianne Aldo is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt and has some striking background with some Muay Thai fights under her wing. The couple’s daughter, Joanna Aldo was born in 2012.
In an interview back in 2010, this is how Aldo explained himself meeting his wife, “I met Vivianne at the gym (Aldo’s training academy Nova Uniao), she had just moved to Rio from Curitiba. She was training in Muay Thai, fought a few times and I was in her corner. We started talking and getting to know each other and eventually, we started dating.”
“I was still living in the favela [slums in Brazil] when she found out where I was living she invited me to live at her house. But her father said he would only accept me living at the house only if we got married. So we got married,” Aldo says reminiscing the beginning of a new life for the legend.
As Aldo moves on, he starts talking deeply about his wife’s presence in his life, “Before I met her, I only thought of fighting. But after we got together, I started having a vision for my life, a life with objectives. Without her, I don’t know if I would be sitting here today… [Now] I don’t fight just for myself, I fight for my family, my goals, my organization.”
Jose Aldo wife Vivianne and he have a relationship going 16 plus years strong now, they also have their young daughter who is supported by encouraging parents to pursuit whatever she would want for her future. As per her Instagram bio, Vivianne has her food business with her fast-food outlet known as Famous Burger in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. We wish the couple many more blissful years ahead!
