The former UFC light heavyweight champion of the world Quinton Jackson who most recently fought in the Bellator MMA organization is one of the famous names in the fight world. Quintin has about 38 MMA wins in his career with 20 knockout victories.
In a recent interview with The Schmo on getting quizzed whether Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic should fight for an interim heavyweight belt he replied ”I’ll pay to watch that.” Jon Jones last fought in February of 2020 and Stipe lost his title to Francis Ngannou in March of 2021. A fight between these future halls of Famers will be interesting to watch as both of these fighters have wrestling-heavy styles. Whether they will face off in the future remains to be seen.

Quinton Jackson last fought in Bellator when he suffered a KO loss against Fedor. Bellator boss Scot Cooker in an interview with The Schmo made it clear that Quintin is not going to fight in Bellator anymore as his contract came to an end with the organization. He said, ”I haven’t talked to ‘Rampage’ in probably a year, a year and a half. Our contract with ‘Rampage’ is finished. We honored all of our fights. I’m not sure if he wants to fight.”
Quinton was a celebrated fighter in the UFC knocking several opponents like Chuck Lidell, and Wanderlei Silva. His last fight in the UFC was against Glover Texeira when he lost to him in a three-round thriller. While his fighting future remains a mystery, the former champion is quite often found on his social media enjoying time with his family and friends.
