UFC’s top honcho and taskmaster gave “Swifties” – heartthrob fans of pop singer Taylor Swift a dose of reality check. Power Slap is the world’s premier slap-fighting organization; a brainchild of UFC CEO Dana White. The sport is under the sanctions of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Recently, White made shocking revelations about the controversial Power Slap League’s viewership eclipsing that of the singer. Recent statistics do not veer otherwise.

This contrast was regarding a recent Power Slap Instagram reel, and its subsequent views generated, in early December. UFC Fight Night Dec. 2 (also known as UFC on ESPN 52) saw rising lightweight prospect Arman Tsarukyan secure a fateful victory. Tasrukyan had defeated 22-6-1 striker Beneil Dariush with a first-round KO. Meanwhile, Jalin Turner set the headlining event with a quick knockout of Bobby Green. White was in attendance at Austin, Texas for the event when he made the corresponding claims.

A Power Slap match between Sheena Bathory and Christine Wolmarans took place on October 23, 2023. The clip of Bathory blowing a kiss to her opponent after taking a heavy blow to the face generated more than 100 million views on the official Power Slap Instagram page. This superseded the singer-songwriter’s The ‘Blank Space’ reel in a week, which generated 90 million views.

Veteran MMA journalist Kevin Iole later backed the claim, with the inaugural women’s Power Slap having a whooping 136 million views. Moreover, Power Slap has also taken down $1.1 Billion worth Taylor Swift on YouTube. The pop singer’s most popular video had 125 million views, while their biggest YouTube short had 435 million views.

Dana White says Power Slap’s social metrics are greater than the NFL, NBA, NHL, F1, and WWE combined

Taylor Swift is a global celebrity. Since the popular singer began dating Chiefs star Travis Kelce earlier in 2023, she has received an extraordinary amount of airtime during NFL broadcasts of Kansas City Chiefs games. But there’s one thing beating the NFL, NBA, NHL, F1, and WWE alike. That turns out to be Dana White’s Power Slap.

White had previously asserted Power Slap surpasses the top 10 world sports, generating a staggering $450 million in business. Consequently, this still holds true today. Despite being heavily chided for not adhering to the classics of combat sports, the premier striking event still turns a profit. Check out what White had to say about Power Slap’s drawing-in metrics, in the footage below:

Time and again White has lauded the brilliance of the sport. Despite former NAC Chairman Stephen Cloobeck‘s feeling, he made a mistake signing it on. Notwithstanding interpersonal issues and agendas, there is no denying that Power Slap has a long-stay success. It even surpasses the singer-songwriter Swift’s latest reel viewership metrics on Instagram.
