“He’s gonna have a big problem,” Ali Abdelaziz criticizes Charles Oliveira yet again, latter’s fans respond viciously
Ali Abdelaziz- Charles Oliveira
Looks like Dominance MMA founder Ali Abdelaziz will do anything to put his fighter under the limelight of eliteness, even if it means calling out one of the pound-for-pound best fighters on the planet. Abdelaziz, the founder of the leading management agency in fight business, manages the fighting deals of UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman, lightweight Justin Gaethje, lightweight Beneil Dariush, bantamweight Frankie Edgar, middleweight Marvin Vettori and many more.
Abdelaziz also used to be the manager of UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov. Abdelaziz with that also manages Khabib’s mentee Islam Makhachev who’s most likely to be the next title challenger for a vacant title against the former champion Charles Oliveira, who was stripped of the title due to missing weight at UFC 274. Abdelaziz has previously said that either one of his fighters out of Dariush and Makhachev are going to be the next lightweight champion but it’s not possible for Oliveira to be the champion again.
“We don’t need your love,” Ali Abdelaziz not greeted with agreement to his opinion as laid on Twitter
After some sufficient time being gone with Abdelaziz’s interview with Sherdog.com where he affirmed that Oliveira’s likelihood of grabbing the lightweight belt are diminished, the famous athlete manager went to Twitter to say “I like Oliveira and I love Brazil But he’s gonna have a big problem So many good wrestlers and the high level grappler @ufc 155 lb division Is about to get very nasty After last week fight And this guys is not even in the top 5″
In the comments section, fans were upset enough to fire back with various responses. One respondent wrote “So what about khabib returns and test himself against these high level grapplers which he missed in his whole career.” Another one wrote in a sarcastic tone, “You right, the guy with most submissions victories in the history of The UFC isn’t in the TOP 5 Grapplers in the division. But Dariush is.”
What do you make of Abdelaziz’s comments criticising Oliveira’s potential to grab the UFC title yet again? Do you agree with his sentiments? Also, who do you think will be the next UFC champion if Oliveira won’t win as per Abdelaziz’s prediction? What do you make of the fans’ reactions as well?
