Vicente Luque recently fought Geoff Neal at the co-main event of UFC Vegas 59 on August 8 inside the UFC APEX facility in Las Vegas. In the fight, Luque did absolutely nothing and looked incredibly out of form. On the other hand, Neal gave his career-best performance and won the fight via a third-round TKO finish.

This was Luque’s second loss in a row and the fans are now considering him washed up and boring. It’s hard to comprehend as Luque was once in an impressive four-fight win streak and was a top contender for the welterweight title shot. However, it all stopped when he fought Belal Muhammad at UFC Vegas 51. Muhammad won the fight via unanimous decision and made it look very easy to win. It is hard to tell if Luque still has the same hunger, motivation and skills to go for another title run.
