The highly anticipated showdown between Aljamain Sterling and Sean O’Malley at UFC 292 for the UFC bantamweight championship is quickly approaching, and the pre-fight banter is in full swing. Sterling, the reigning champion, has taken a lighthearted jab at O’Malley and his fervent following of video game enthusiasts.
Ahead of the fight, the defending champion seems to be very confident about his win against the challenger. In an interview with TMZ, confidence emanates from the defending champion as he looks ahead to the bout. Sterling, in an exclusive interview with TMZ, articulated:
“A lot of people care about this guy Sean. Mostly these fortnite players and unfortunately I’m gonna have to end their game very early. I think I go out there, dominate O’Malley the way I think I’m gonna dominate him, send that naked mole rat back to wherever he’s from.”
Sterling plans to show no mercy towards Sean O’Malley and plans to dominate him and shut him down brutally. If he manages to win, it will be his fourth successful title defense.
Aljamain Sterling maps his perfect UFC career before retiring from the sport

Aljamain Sterling made his UFC debut in 2014, and his journey to the top has been pretty impressive. After getting his hands on the title in a controversial way, the ‘Funkmaster’ has proved his haters wrong multiple times. Now Sterling wants to make his final move and go up to the featherweight division to get double champion status.
He said to TMZ, “We set our sights on Volkanovski. Go up to 145, cause some terror there. Win the belt, become champ-champ, and then from there, possibly defend the belt one or two times and maybe that’s all she wrote for the MMA career.”
It won’t be a hard task for the champion to move up, but beating Alexander Volkanovski will not be an easy task at all. The Australian is on a roll and is one of the top fighters in the world. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see this clash between two competitive champions.
