Aljamain Sterling had a face of with his rival Henry Cejudo recently. Aljamain is the current UFC bantamweight champion and is among one of the top UFC fighters right now. He became the champ, after defeating Petr Yan at UFC 259. Petr Yan was disqualified after landing an illegal knee to Aljamain in the 4th round by which Aljamain became the UFC champion. Aljamain was not accepted as a legit champion by MMA fans and was considered a paper champion, however he proved himself n the rematch against Yan where he won the fight via split decision.


Aljamain is now looking for another fight in the division and recently former bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo revealed his plans to return to the octagon after announcing his retirement in 2020. Aljamain and Henry have engaged his serious back and forth on twitter multiple times and a fight between the two can possibly take place in the future.

Recently, Aljamain posted a video where he and Henry were seen together. Aljamain filmed Henry while mocking him from inside a car while Henry stood outside with the flyweight champion Deiveson Figureido. Both fighters laughed together while Aljamain filmed them. Aljamain jokingly said: “Look at this guy. He thinks he is getting my belt, I dont know what to tell him.”

Sterling recently trolled his long-time rival henry after he posted a workout video trying to mock Aljamain. Henry posted a video of him working out and he attacked a mocking statement talking aim at Aljamain. Henry was seen practicing his striking along with hitting battle ropes. He then shouted at the camera, trying to intimidate Aljamain. Henry said: “You can act @funkmastermma, but you can’t hide! The comeback is real

Aljamain reacted to the video, and body shamed Henry by pointing out his belly and claimed Henry was not in a fighting condition. Aljamain replied and said: “Your face and your belly are screaming two different things. It’s confusing me.”

No date or an opponent has been yet decided for Henry’s comeback. Meanwhile, Aljamain is to fight TJ Dillashaw at UFC 279 to defend his belt. Aljamain has, however, claimed that he has not yet signed the contract and sees Henry as a title contender.
