While talking in detail about his opponent, Dariush explained that Gamrot has a great balance when it comes to striking and grappling. The #6 ranked lightweight has high praise for his rival at UFC 280 and believes he will pose a great challenge.

I don’t think he brings to the table that I haven’t seen. I think what he does well is, he’s able to mix up his game. You know, from striking to takedowns. His overall game and his ability to implement his game plan is very good,” said Dariush. For Gamrot, Dariush is a great challenge and it might take the fighter everything he has to win the fight.
