Chris Curtis is a new UFC middleweight fighter who is on the rise. The 35 year old made his UFC debut back in 2021 against Phil Hawes and won the fight via knockout. The fighter is currently on an impressive eight fight win streak out of which three came in UFC.

The ‘Action Man’ looks promising and has the potential to fight for the title in future if everything goes in his way. Currently, he is scheduled to fight Jack Hermansson at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Aspinall this weekend.

The fighter wouldn’t like to continue his winning streak and get to fight top opponents in order to get a shot at the championship.

Chris Curtis compares himself Aljamain Sterling and Curtis Blaydes to Pokemon characters

Curtis is well known for his humour and funny fan interactions on twitter. The fighter recently took it to a next level when he shared a combined picture of him, Blaydes and Sterling and compared it to Pokemon characters.

Curtis, Blaydes and Sterling look very similar in real life, beard, hairstyle and haircut all of them look very similar to each other. Curtis took this coincidence to compare them with Pokémon’s named Machop, Machoke and Machamp who evolved from the same species and look very similar with few distinction features. The joke makes sense as all three of the fighters have their own distinctions but look very similar. Machop is the smallest one which is represented by Sterling, Curtis as a middleweight representing Machoke made sense. Machamp is the biggest of all which is the best option for Blaydes who is an heavyweight.

In the caption, Curtis tagged Blaydes and Sterling to be the part of this hilarious banter on twitter. He wrote :
