Cain Velasquez has been receiving enormous support from the MMA community since he was arrested in February. Former UFC light-heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell has also extended his support to Cain and his family. Cain is currently facing multiple charges, and he is counting on the support from his fans across the world. Chuck shared his views about Cain Velasquez and showed his support for him.

Cain Velasquez is currently arrested and is facing multiple charges, including murder. He was arrested on 28 February 2022 after he allegedly rammed a vehicle into another car and opened fire at the driver and the passenger. Cain fired multiple shots into the car and injured the passenger. Cain was allegedly firing at Harry Eugene Goularte, a 43-year-old man who was accused of molesting multiple children. Allegedly, Cain’s close relative was also his victim.

In an interview with TMZ, Chuck showed his support to Cain and said: “I haven’t been able to speak with him, but I hope he stays strong. It is what it is, man. I get it, man, I get it, man… That’s so funny how easy they can get out, you know, they’re letting all these crazy people out of there… Yeah, they should give him bond, let him go see his family.”

The case has been very controversial and has ignited various debates among fans and MMA experts. Cain’s fans have showered him with their support and wishes. However, Cain has been denied bail twice since the beginning of the trial.

Cain Velasquez has been one of the biggest UFC stars in the world. Cain made his UFC debut at UFC 83 in 2008 against Brad Morris. He won the fight in the first round via TKO. With his successful run in UFC, he was given a title shot against heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar at UFC 121. Cain dominated the fight and became the UFC heavyweight champion by defeating Lesnar in the first round via TKO.

Cain was the two times heavyweight champion and is one of the best heavyweights in UFC history. Cain is now facing various charges, including first-degree attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Police also found a 40-caliber semi-automatic handgun when searching Velasquez’s truck. Eight bullets were missing from the magazines in the gun.

Cain Velasquez is currently retired from Mixed Martial arts and has been doing professional wrestling in WWE and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. If convicted, Cain will face several years in prison.
