Colby Covington has made a career out of offensive trash talks. In a recent interview on the Tucker Carlson Encounter, Covington directed his offensive remarks toward undefeated welterweight Ian Machado Garry. Even though Garry pulled out of UFC 296, that did not stop Covington from pulling punches at the pre-fight press conference. Covington brutally assassinated the character of Garry’s wife.
Covington has yet again directed his tirade towards Garry. In the interview with Tucker Carlson, Covington called Ian Garry a ‘Cuck’ and even went on to further bash Garry’s wife, Layla Anna-Lee. However, he failed miserably. Nevertheless, this is what he said about Anna-Lee.
The girl (Layla Anna-Lee) was selling a book called "WAG," which means wife and girlfriend. So she was promoting that, you know, she had a boyfriend, she had a husband.Colby Covington on Layla Anna-Lee

WAG is an acronym for famous athletes’ wives and girlfriends. People mainly use the term to refer to the spouses of Soccer players. Covington got the acronym all wrong. Moreover, the book Covington referenced is ‘How to be a WAG?’ by Layla Anna-Lee. However, the book is satire, not a guidebook for gold diggers. In short, Covington got it all wrong about the book and the meaning of WAG.
Since his disappointing loss to Leon Edwards at UFC 296, Covington has been on many right-wing interviews and podcasts. Covington was on the Valuetainment podcast, Fox News, and now on Tucker Carlson Encounter. The public reception to the interviews was mostly negative. Covington had a dip in popularity since the loss at UFC 296. Even his fans booed him and Donald Trump left the arena midway through his speech.
Colby Covington explains the meaning of Cuck to Tucker Carlson
In his recent interview with Tucker Carlson on the Tucker Carlson Encounter, Covington went off at Ian Machado Garry. Covington did not name Garry but poured on nasty allegations against Garry and his wife.

Covington even called Garry a ‘Cuck,’ which made Carlson ask Covington for an explanation. This is what he said.
So, a cuck is just someone that sits in the room and they watch their spouse get sexual arousal from someone else. So, you know, there's people (Ian Garry) like that out there.Colby Covington explaining Cuck
Covington did not only target Garry. He even doubled down on his remarks about Jorge Masvidal. This is even after Masvidal sucker-punched him on the streets for the remarks he made. Nonetheless, his half-hour interview with Tucker Carlson was intriguing.
