At UFC 274, Charles Oliveira made it clear yet again that there is no lightweight in the world who can beat him. The Brazilian submitted Justin Gaethje in the fourth minute of the first round and got his 16th professional career. In the post fight interview, Oliveira called out Conor McGregor and asked him to stop running away from him. He said :

“Dana White, you can put anyone in front of me. I’m not going to choose. Hey, Conor McGregor. Are you coming up? Or are you going to run away?.”

After the fight was over, Nate Diaz took the Twitter and claimed that he would easily choke Oliveira if they ever fought. Replying to this claim, Oliveira took the Twitter and revealed that he would like to break a new record too. The fighter explained that he would fight McGregor and Diaz on the same night and finish them both.

Just for the record, I like to break records and I want to break another one… Fighting twice in same night. I can knock Conor out, and make Dias tap. What do you think @danawhite?,” wrote Oliveira.

After Oliveira made the tweet and claimed that he would Knockout Mcgregor and submit Diaz, it didn’t go unnoticed by McGregor. McGregor was quick to respond to the tweet and replied back by asking Oliveira to keep his mouth shut. ‘The Notorious’ suggested Oliveira to go back to his favela( village in Portuguese) in Brazil.

Shut up you bum and get back to that favela and pay your piece,” wrote Mcgregor.

McGregor is well known for his online interactions with other fighters and going all out in order to throw shade at others. This time was no different as McGregor didn’t hold back against the #1 lightweight fighter.

It’s not the first time McGregor is having a rivalry against a Brazilian. In the past, the Irishman had a massive fight with Jose Aldo. In that fight, McGregor dropped Aldo in the first round and silenced every Brazilian fan.

Things have been pretty interesting between Oliveira and McGregor and it won’t be surprising to see them square off in the future. For fight fans, it will be an exciting showdown to watch.
