Conor McGregor is anticipating a fun matchup between Stipe Miocic and Jon Jones. Miocic and Jones are set to fight at UFC 295 in Madison Square Garden. Jones would be defending his heavyweight title against the former two-time champion. The excitement surrounding this matchup is because Jon Jones is widely regarded as the MMA GOAT, and Stipe Miocic is considered the GOAT of MMA’s heavyweight division.

McGregor is known for his controversial remarks against fighters. However, he also gives credit where it’s due. McGregor recently commented on the Instagram video posted by Stipe Miocic. This is what McGregor commented on the post:

"One heck of a heavyweight fighter is Stipe, this fight is going to be wild!"

Stipe Miocic has not competed since UFC 260 when he lost the heavyweight title. It was against Francis Ngannou and was a rematch of UFC 220 which Miocic won comfortably via unanimous decision. On the other hand, Jones was on a hiatus for three years. He returned to win the vacant title against Ciryl Gane at UFC 285. With Conor McGregor keeping an eye on the fight, it is safe to say that the matchup would deliver.

You ever realize how @TheNotoriousMMA stays silent on social about me. Telltale sign, he’s smart, he’d rather find a lesser opponent. He’s waiting for me to move on. It’s too late to be scared man. Can’t remain afraid kid.

The move by Chandler is to be considered a fight-building tactic. A fight with Conor McGregor is a big-money fight for any fighter. Chandler is poised to make millions against McGregor.
