Renato Moicano recently won his fight at UFC Vegas 85. He went against the credited striker Drew Dober and secured a comfortable decision win on the scorecard. Known for his post-fight interviews, Moicano captured the attention of the MMA world once again. As such, he announced his 62-year-old father welcoming a baby and wished him well. Now, this happy news received a response from the UFC megastar Conor McGregor.

Renato Moicano’s news surprised Conor McGregor like everyone else. As such, he took to X to congratulate the UFC fighter’s father. Further, he rejoiced the 34-year-old Moicano, having a little brother. Here is what he said:

Renato Moicano resurged his career and earned fame when his ‘Money Moicano’ speech from UFC 281 went viral. Later, last year, Renato Moicano made the headlines for an exchange he had with Conor Mcgregor on X. First, ‘The Notorious’ trolled his rival Michael Chandler suggesting a matchup for UFC 300 against Moicano. In response, the Brazilian took it sportively and joined McGregor in trolling Chandler, stating it was an easy fight.

UFC Vegas 85 marked the return of Renato Moicano after a catastrophic knee injury. As such, he bounced back successfully and defeated Drew Dober via unanimous decision. Further, the Brazillian is currently on a two-fight win streak and has won four of his last five fights.

After Conor McGregor congratulated Renato Moicano’s father on his new baby, Moicano responded to the Irishman. Although the Brazillian didn’t speak about the matter, he expressed utmost respect for him.

In his response, Moicano stated he was a fan of Conor McGregor. But he also said he used to hate him because of McGregor’s trash talk. However, it was a thing of the past. As such, Moicano expressed his respect for the change ‘The Notorious’ had brought to the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. Here is what he said:
