Conor McGregor’s comeback is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated events for UFC fans. The Irishman has been out of action for over a year now after suffering from a threatening leg injury in 2021. Finally, the UFC has officially announced that he and Michael Chandler will face each other as head coaches after the upcoming season of TUF.

Ahead of the event, McGregor was recently seen outside his restaurant, The Black Forge Inn in Dublin. While asked about his potential fight with Chandler and his preparations, McGregor revealed that he’s doing great and has worked a lot on his high kicks.

He said: “Looking forward to it. Feeling good, feeling energetic, feeling ready, you know. I’m throwing up my high kicks faster than I’m throwing up my jab. So I’m very excited to get back alright.”

The former UFC double champion confirmed that he will be flying to Las Vegas, most possibly to the UFC APEX to meet and discuss TUF. McGregor was super confident and was sweet enough to stop for his fans to get a quick picture with him. All the controversies aside, McGregor is a global superstar and is loved by his hardcore fans who are eagerly waiting for his return to the MMA octagon.

Michael Chandler believes he’s got a 50-50 chance against Conor McGregor

Despite his incredible UFC debut Michael Chandler has not been able to get many wins in the promotion. However, Chandler has efficiently marketed himself as the most entertaining lightweight of the division and has certainly gained a massive fan following.

Since his debut, Chandler has been keen to fight Conor McGregor and his wish is finally getting fulfilled. In a recent interview with ESPN, Chandler mentioned that both he and McGregor have the ability to knock each other out and it is going to be a competitive fight.

“If he lands one on the button, it’s going to be a rough night for me. If I land one on the button, it’s going to be a rough night for him, but which one of us can do it?” said Chandler.

Fans are extremely excited about this fight and the buzz around it is humongous. McGregor has the ability to draw massive crowds and both can give a great fight for the fans to see MMA action.
