Conor McGregor has embarked on a new business venture promoting Forged Irish Strout after the success of Proper 12 Whiskey.

Conor McGregor is no stranger to controversy. He made his name in MMA with controversial comments. McGregor’s trash talk and fighting style skyrocketed his fame. Even today, he remains the biggest star in MMA.
Recently, Conor McGregor promoted his new alcoholic brand, the Forged Irish Strout. McGregor was accompanied by ring girls wearing the merchandise of forged Irish Strout during the boxing match between Liam Smith and Chris Eubanks Jr. The Irishman, who has an estimated worth of 200 million US dollars, went viral with a video of the ring card girls he shared on X (formerly Twitter). McGregor captioned the posy with, “Ladies love forged Irish Strout.”
McGregor’s investments outside the UFC have paid dividends. His proper 12 Whiskey generated over a hundred million in revenues. Now, the Irishman is dipping his toes in Strout. The highest-paid athlete in UFC is also known for his sound business investments.
Conor McGregor last fought Dustin Poirier in 2021 but broke his fibula and tibia in the bout. He has remained on the sidelines till the beginning of 2023. He also took himself out of the USADA testing pool in 2021. Rumors suggest that McGregor may have used steroids to aid in his recovery. He coached against Michael Chandler at TUF 31 recently.

Conor McGregor’s influence on MMA remains a huge part of his legacy. He made the sport popular throughout the world. Jon Jones, in a recent podcast, praised Conor Mcgregor for his role in popularising MMA. McGregor’s flash and flair enabled him to gain the attention of the casual fans.
Furthermore, Jones also spoke highly of Sean O’Malley, who, according to Jones, has the ingredients to be the next Conor McGregor. O’Malley won the bantamweight title at UFC 292 against Aljamain Sterling. O’Malley is American but has Irish heritage. The Irish identity was what propelled McGregor’s fame, as it had a unique touch.
Jon Jones will return to action at UFC 295 against Stipe Miocic. Jones has already pondered retirement, and the fight against Stipe could potentially be the last time Jones graces the octagon. Nevertheless, he hopes to witness stars like McGregor and O’Malley perform well inside the octagon.
