In addition to the fans, McGregor also has his share of haters. McGregor recently interviewed with GQ Sports, and it did not go well with many of the fans. The interview with GQ Sports was about the ten things that McGregor could not live without, an interview that GQ Sports does regularly with top athletes. In most cases, athletes reveal the essential items in their day-to-day life. However, in McGregor’s case, the Irishman revealed his essential items to be luxurious, much to the fans’ surprise.
McGregor revealed his Lamborghini yacht and Patek Phillippe watch, among others, as his essential items. Moreover, he also promoted the Proper 12 Whiskey and Forged Irish Stout in the interview. Fight fans did not like McGregor’s promotion of his business ventures in the interview.
Nonetheless, McGregor also shared that his Christian pendants and UFC gloves are essentials. Of the essentials McGregor named, only the pendant and gloves were the things that were not luxurious.
