Conor McGregor
Conor Mcgregor is hard at work, preparing for his return to the octagon after an extended absence due to a leg injury suffered in a TKO loss to Dustin Poirier in July 2021. He recently posted a video of himself working out in the gym, and he looks fantastic.
We can see the former UFC double-champ focusing on his upper back, biceps, and core strength with neutral grip weighted pull-ups in an incredible training video. He shares the video on social media while even mentioning his revolutionary fitness program.
McGregor intends to return to the octagon, either, in late 2022 or early 2023. Given his present physique, he intends to fight in the 170-pound division and already has a number of potential opponents to choose from if he decides to return.

Conor McGregor: A sought-after opponent in the UFC
In terms of potential opponents, Conor McGregor has a set few choices. During his post-fight octagon interview with Joe Rogan at UFC 274 after his lightweight match in Phoenix, Arizona, Conor McGregor found himself in the sights of the No.5-ranked lightweight in the division, Michael “Iron” Chandler.
Even Former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira has shown interest in fighting McGregor, even if it means foregoing a shot at the lightweight belt. Oliveira vacated the championship in May 2022 after missing weight in controversy prior to UFC 274, leaving the belt open for opponent Justin Gaethje to claim.
Jorge Masvidal, too, has been campaigning for the fight for weeks, hoping to welcome McGregor and to be the one to send back him for early retirement.
