Conor McGregor worried fans with his latest tweet about drugs. McGregor has had a rough year with a losing record as an Ultimate Fighter coach. He also got involved in a sexual assault scandal in Miami. The Mystic Mac disappointed his fans by not enrolling in the USADA testing pool. The latest tweet of the Irishman will undoubtedly disappoint the fans once again.

Conor McGregor has quite often used Twitter to make controversial statements. His recent approach to sending voice notes on Twitter instead of typing the message out seemed to have boosted the frequency of such statements. McGregor has made another concerning voice message for Twitter which surprisingly involved him singing a song about drugs.

The lyrics were, “The drugs don’t work; they just make you worse.” These lyrics are from the song ‘The Drugs Don’t Work‘ by the Verve. The amusing part of the entire situation was the fact that just two hours before this voice note, McGregor posted a video of him shadowboxing in a bar with the caption, “Proper Apple on the rocks and 3 pints of Forged Irish Stout comin’ right up.”

However, the Irish superstar deleted the tweet from the social media handle for unknown reasons. Conor McGregor’s recent failure to show up at the USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency) must have something to do with his recent stints with drugs and alcohol. Fight fans hope every day he keeps his promise of returning to the octagon by the end of the year. He will potentially face Michael Chandler.

Whether Conor McGregor gets serious with his comeback, he was not wrong about the heavyweight matchups. These two fights in boxing and MMA will probably excite the fans.
