UFC superstar Conor McGregor stares at only 64 hours to decide fate of much-awaited comeback fight
All UFC fighters are required to be in USADA's testing pool six months before competing. The rule remains even for Conor McGregor.

UFC’s biggest superstar Conor McGregor seems to have issues with USADA. The former double-champion was set to make his comeback against lightweight fighter Michael Chandler. He took on the role of coach in the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter against Chandler. The UFC had also stated that they would eventually announce the date for the fight. However, the latest development from USADA seems to indicate otherwise.
After facing a career-ending injury during his bout against Dustin Poirier, Conor McGregor took a long break to heal from the damage. Given the grave nature of his injury, McGregor took a healthy amount of time to get back into shape. During the healing process, McGregor bulked up in a very small amount of time. This led to accusations of steroid use against McGregor. There is a chance that McGregor may have used some steroids to help with the healing process.
Regardless, McGregor announced his return and appeared as a coach on the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter. McGregor would first have to enter the USADA testing pool for 6 months to become eligible for the fight. He would have to produce at least two negative samples to confirm eligibility. However, McGregor has not entered the testing pool.
According to reports, Conor McGregor has less than 48 hours to enter the testing pool. If McGregor wants he wants to fight during the end of the year at UFC 296, he would have to begin the process before the weekend. Only then can fans expect a bout between McGregor and Chandler. The latest development has left fans anxious and in fear of Conor pulling out from the fight.

UFC’s biggest cash cow Conor McGregor came on TUF for the second time in his career. The Notorious coached his team of upcoming fighters against Michael Chandler and his team in the latest the season. The show will also announce the date for McGregor’s return to the octagon after his gruesome injury against Dustin Poirier. However, McGregor is yet to enter the USADA testing pool.
