Conor McGregor and his tweets have always been a talking point for UFC fans. Conor never fails to amaze his fans by tweeting now and then about major UFC events. In light of his rumored fight against Michael Chandler, McGregor took a dig at Chandler on X.

Conor tweeted, “I’ve industrial steel in my leg now, and I’ve long natural steel in the shoulders and elbows and knuckles of the fist. I’m over 3/4 steel. And steel crushes iron. Crushes the little bones in irons face. Out with the iron you little bosu ball motivational speakin’ handbag.”

The reason for McGregor’s reference to steel and iron was because Chandler lives by his fight name, “Iron” Michael Chandler. Conor McGregor called Chandler a motivational speaker, and vowed to break his bones in his upcoming matchup. Recently, UFC President Dana White confirmed the McGregor-Chandler fight by clearing up all speculation around it.

Conor McGregor will be making a comeback in the UFC after two years since his leg injury. And on the other side of the octagon, Michael Chandler, who’s coming off a loss against McGregor’s trilogy opponent Dustin Poirier, will be looking to get back in the lightweight top 4.

This tweet will definitely intensify the buildup of the fight between McGregor and Chandler. Additionally, both fighters have coached at The Ultimate Fighter 31 and have shared some intense moments on the show. Therefore, this buildup can lead to a chaotic press conference of this new lightweight era fight.

The Nate Diaz vs Jake Paul fight at the American Airlines Center went on for 10 rounds, causing a lot of talk about this interesting matchup. During the match, Diaz tried to put Paul in a guillotine choke in the 10th round of the boxing match. Following this, UFC star “The Notorious” Conor McGregor jokingly questioned Diaz why he didn’t finish his guillotine choke on Jake Paul.

McGregor expressed his opinion on the Diaz-Paul fight and said that he was not impressed by any of them. Additionally, he spoke about how Diaz’s hooliganism could’ve made this fight an interesting watch. McGregor has shared a bitter rivalry with Nate Diaz since their fights in UFC 196 and UFC 202.

Diaz and McGregor both wrestled twice and are tied at 1-1. On multiple occasions, McGregor has expressed his interest in completing the Nate Diaz trilogy. Diaz also agrees with the Irishman that they have some unfinished business and a trilogy fight can conclude the whole thing.
