After incurring his leg injury against Dustin Poirier, McGregor took a substantial while to recover. Now, on the cusp of return, the Irishman posted pictures on social media to hype up the fans. A recent post of his on X account showed McGregor in a standstill, executing a left-sided roundhouse kick in midair. Captioning the post, McGregor wrote:

Reeling from his inactivity, McGregor has kept engaged in constant form and training. He even expanded his combat skills, earning a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. As of late, the fighter recently went off on UFC, demanding a matchup soon, which paid off.
