Paulie Malignaggi fuels his old rivalry with Conor McGregor by roasting the UFC fighter over Showtime tickets. Conor McGregor was seen at the much-anticipated boxing match between Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia last weekend. McGregor not only watched the fight but also went on to personally talk with Garcia in order to cheer him up on the unfortunate loss.

Paulie Malignaggi who has previously traded insults with McGregor in a recent video mentioned that the Irishman had to apologize to Showtime President, Stephen Espinoza to get the tickets for the fight.

Malignaggi said: I got all the inside sources. Conor McGregor had to apologize to Stephen Espinoza in order to get tickets to the Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia fight. McGregor has had issues with Espinoza in the past but Espinoza now controls the tickets. And this p***** apologized just to get tickets to the fight.”

Malignaggi didn’t hold back and mocked McGregor for being spineless and saying ‘sorry’ just for the tickets. “Conor McGregor, how does Stephen Espinoza’s d**** taste? I have already told you, you got no balls…but now…just when I thought you couldn’t sink any lower, you apologize just for tickets,” said Malignaggi.

The rift between Malignaggi and the former UFC double champion took place in 2017 during the Floyd Mayweather fight. McGregor asked the former World champion to be his sparring partner which ultimately led to a heated exchange. But it seems like Malignaggi is still holding grudges against what happened back in the day.

It’s hard to find any noteworthy individual in the fight business with whom Conor McGregor has no history. The Irishman’s beef with Showtime President, Stephen Espinoza goes all the way back to 2017. McGregor was at the top of his game and was about to fight Floyd Mayweather in a boxing bout.

During a  press conference about the fight, McGregor and Mayweather were exchanging words and selling the fight, and suddenly, McGregor’s microphone got cut off. This made the Irishman mad and he went on a rant in front of Espinoza and called him a weasel.

He said: “While we’re at it, f**k Showtime too. You little weasel. Look. at you, you f***ing weasel. I can see it in your eyes. You’re a f***ing b**ch. Cutting my mic off? Cut the champ-champ’s mic off? Hell no! You f***ing weasel.” Since then the relationship between these two has gone worse but McGregor being at the recent Showtime event does raise questions about their recent interactions.
