Dana White recently ventured into a unique health regimen by undergoing an 86-hour water fast. This decision followed expert advice that highlighted potential health benefits. This included a lowered risk of diseases like cancer and Alzheimer’s. White’s choice to partake in this extended fasting period has garnered significant attention.
Dana White took to his social media channels to highlight the benefit. He uploaded a video that showcased the difference in his physique with the caption:

Water fasting entails abstaining from all food and consuming only water. People are increasingly recognizing its potential health implications. White’s public foray will undoubtedly increase its popularity. Moreover, former UFC double champion Georges St. Pierre is also an active practitioner of water fasting.
Joe Rogan, on his JRE podcast episode with Gary Brecka recently discussed Dana White’s health. White credited Brecka, a human biologist, with saving his life. Brecka gave White 10 years to live in 2022 after testing the UFC CEO’s blood samples. White changed his health habits from the instruction of Brecka after the result. It was Brecka who suggested the 86-hour water fasting for White.

Dana White was given just 10.4 years to live by his doctor, Gary Brecka. Brecka is a DNA specialist at 10x Health Systems. Brecka conducted tests on White’s blood and was flabbergasted with the result. After the result, Brecka urged White to mend his ways and follow a good health plan. Since then, White has followed a healthy lifestyle and has a ripped physique.
White needs to be fit in his position where he needs to handle face-offs of high-level athletes. In the latest PPV event at MSG, White was in the middle of the faceoffs between Alex Periera –Jiri Prochazka and Sergei Pavlovich –Tom Aspinall. Even though Aspinall and Pavlovich were heavyweights, the light heavyweight fighter’s face-off was very intense. Moreover, it was arguably the most intense staredown in UFC history.
