Dana White shockingly reveals that he regrets recently losing both of his parents. White had a long interview with popular TV host Piers Morgan and the videos were recently uploaded to the internet. During the conversation, Morgan asked White about the recent deaths of his parents and how he dealt with them. Morgan questioned how White’s upbringing helped him become the person he is.
White was initially hesitant to talk about it but later opened up, saying that everything he has now, including his determination and confidence, came from his relationship with his parents. But he doesn’t necessarily feel bad about their deaths and has moved on.
He said, “You sound like my wife. No no I do not feel that way. But I cannot deny the fact that the way that I’m built, the drive. All the things that I have definitely come from the relationship that I had with my parents. There’s no doubt about it. But no, I have no remorse, I don’t feel bad about the way that I grew up. I mean it when I say that I wouldn’t change one thing about the way I was brought up.” in Piers Morgan Uncensored.
White explained that he currently focuses more on his own kids. Despite all the hardships, White is convinced that he wouldn’t change anything about the time he grew up.
Henry Cejudo believes Dana White will give Israel Adesanya a rematch even after the UFC 293 dominating loss
Henry Cejudo doesn’t think that Israel Adesanya should receive an immediate rematch against Sean Strickland. Adesanya suffered a surprising loss to Strickland at UFC 293, losing his middleweight title. Cejudo is confident that UFC CEO Dana White will offer Adesanya a quick rematch, even though Cejudo doesn’t believe Adesanya’s performance justifies it. Cejudo advises Adesanya to be cautious about accepting an immediate rematch.
He said, “After losing four rounds to one, does he deserve a rematch now? No, 100 percent no. Daniel Cormier doesn’t believe it, Chael Sonnen doesn’t believe it, the rest of the whole damn world doesn’t believe it. Will he get it? One hundred percent. When you’re Dana White’s boy, when you’re his cash cow, when you’re an entertainer and when you’ve done special things like Israel and you’ve been able to kind of grow the sport, Dana White will give you that opportunity.”
According to Triple C, Adesanya is the main superstar and due to his PPV records, he is sure to bring in the highest numbers, which is enough for White to push for the rematch. Izzy has not spoken about the rematch yet but most fight fans are against the immediate rematch. It will be interesting to see what happens next.
