Dana White notified the MMA community that he would announce big news about UFC 300 in a few more days. As such, he posted a message on his Instagram story indicating his excitement about breaking the news soon. Further, he shared a quote from Rick Rubin that emphasized the importance of spontaneous ideas. As such, here is what he wrote:

Truth!!! I've had a ton of them while on vacation. I get home tomorrow and I am going to DESTROY January and 2024!

Since Dana White posted his thoughts just hours after the big announcement of ‘Francis Ngannou vs. Anthony Joshua,’ fight fans questioned the nature of his message. Did he intend to sabotage the big news of Nagnnou? Or was it really a genuine thought?

Anyway, it had the fans going as they expected news about UFC 300. Being a historic milestone for the UFC, White promised to deliver massive fights, and fans were eager to know what White had in the cards.

Dana White is currently on vacation in Bali, enjoying his time. But, simultaneously, he indicated an announcement date for UFC 300. He promised to reveal some fights once he reached his home. So, this put the fight world on notice, expecting massive news from the UFC CEO.

Dana White announces fights for 2024

After the year-end UFC PPV card in December, it had been dry for the UFC. However, Dana White announced big fights before Christmas to keep the ball rolling. As such, he revealed three fights for UFC 300 and a few more for the 2024 events. Take a look at some highlighted fights below.

Then came the teaser for UFC 300 in terms of three fights. He announced big fights of Jiri Prochazka vs. Aleksandar Rakic, Aljamain Sterling vs. Calvin Kattar, and Bo Nickal vs. Cody Brundage. In total, he unveiled seven massive fights for 2024.

UFC has a stacked lineup for 2024, with UFC 298 and UFC 299 already booked to the top. Further, 2024 would mark the return of the global star Conor McGregor as he broke news of fighting Michael Chandler in June 2024. Also, UFC was scheduled to hold its first Saudi Arabia event this year. So, these excited the fight fans, and they awaited for more surprises to be unveiled. As such, Dana White vowed to announce impressive news next week.
