Recently, Sean Strickland made the headlines for blooding the popular streamer Sneako during a sparring session. Hours later, the former middleweight champion got into a verbal altercation with American rapper Machine Gun Kelly. This instance happened at the star-studded Power Slap 6 event which had Tom Brady, Travis Scott, and many others. Now, Dana White broke the silence on the matter and trashed Strickland.

During the post-fight press conference, a reporter questioned Dana White about the scuffle between Sean Strickland and Machine Gun Kelly. After a long pause, he supported the American rapper and claimed the problem was with Strickland. As such, he critiqued Strickland for his character. Here is what he said:

You can’t bring Sean Strickland around any other human beings. You know what I mean? It has nothing to do with Machine Gun Kelly. It’s about humans

Power Slap 6 went down at the Durango Casino and Resorts with a fully packed crowd. With the Superbowl happening this weekend, many celebrities from around the world visited Las Vegas. As such, the slapfighting event garnered the attention of them. So, with Sean Strickland confronting Machine Gun Kelly could’ve upset the mood in the arena. Luckily, Strickland was separated before any physical altercation.

Earlier, Sean Strickland created a similar situation during UFC 296 when he initiated a brawl with rival Dricus Du Plessis. Even UFC CEO Dana White took the blame for it since he was responsible for the seating arrangements. As such, he wasn’t pleased with Strickland causing trouble during another event.

Sean Strickland takes the scuffle with Machine Gun Kelly to X

During Power Slap 6 at the Durango Casino and Resorts, Sean Strickland and Machine Gun Kelly crossed paths. They briefly had a verbal interaction, which turned into a heated argument. After the separation, the former UFC champion took the dispute to X and insulted Kelly.

In his tweet, Sean Strickland trolled Machine Gun Kelly for his appearance and called him a ‘vampire.’ Further, he made fun of the American rapper’s name and dressing sense. Later, in a following tweet, he brought in Kelly’s fiancee, Megan Fox, and trolled their relationship. Then, he shared footage of their altercation, giving context to his tweets. Also, in the captions, he once again took a hit at Fox and Machine Gun Kelly.

Sean Strickland rose to a new level of stardom after his title win against Israel Adesanya. However, he lost the title in his very next fight. But, his popularity never took a hit. It only kept increasing especially, with his character of voicing out contentious and unfiltered opinions.
