“Why didn’t you Fu**ing speak” Dana White talks of the time Vince McMahon berated him after a call with President Trump
Dana White seems to have immense respect for Vince McMahon and describes him as a "Killer"
The UFC was the first major sports promotion to restart live events in the heat of the covid pandemic. The credit obviously goes to the UFC administration and staffers but one man deserves it more than the rest, Dana White. Dana desperately tried to salvage the title fight between Tony Ferguson and Khabib Numragomedov, and when that didn’t happen he got back to work to come up with a solution to permanently hold events without any obstacles for the rest of the pandemic.
On the Pivot Podcast featuring Dana White, the UFC Head revealed how all of it came to be. White describes a call between then-president Donald Trump and other major league owners including heads of the NBA and NFL. White explains how while on-call after listening to everyone speak he seemed disinterested since he felt none of them were going to follow through with their effort to bring back live sports.
“These guys are all full of shit, none of these guys are going to roll or really want to do what they say they’re gonna do” said the UFC President, continuing, “Except for one” White explains that after the call with the president ended this one particular CEO texted White, berating him for not being active on the call. “Why the f*** didn’t you talk on that call? There’s questions that need to be asked and you didn’t ask any f***ing questions” said White explaining how the CEO started berating him via texts.

Dana White shares a hilarious argument between him and WWE CEO Vince McMahon
White then gave Ryan Clark the opportunity to guess who the CEO was and after a good guessing game where RC guessed the CEO who berated Dana White to be Roger Goodell, Dana revealed it to be WWE CEO, Vince McMahon. Dana said Vince was expecting Dana to support his arguments but was disappointed he kept quiet. Dana then said to Vince the reason for his silence was that everybody on call “was full of shit” except for Vince.
Dana went on to describe Vince as a “killer” who went ahead and conducted his events the way he said he was going to despite the criticisms of others
