Dana White appears to be quite serious about getting Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg into a fight, and it looks like the UFC president has already selected a day for the billionaire’s clash.
It all started when Twitter owner Elon Musk and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg issued a challenge on social media that finally erupted into a full-fledged spectacle, with social media totally getting involved in it. Both parties confirmed that they are ready to settle it down in a cage fight.
Zuckerberg in recent times has taken his BJJ enthusiasm to the next level. With the help of Dave Camarillo and participation in grappling tournaments, he has won medals. Meanwhile, Musk recently worked out alongside grappling coach John Danaher and UFC legend Georges St-Pierre.
White previously mentioned that he has talked with both Musk and Zuckerberg to host the fight in UFC. Recently, the UFC president double-downed his claims by saying that they are serious about it. “It’s very real, it’s very real,” said White in a recent interview when asked about how Musk’s mother didn’t want them to fight. It seems like White and the UFC are already working towards making the fight. However, there is no date that has been finalized.
Mark Zuckerberg vs Elon Musk rivalry Intensifies
Mark Zuckerberg has taken the rivalry with Elon Musk to the next level after he launched the Threads app in competition with Twitter. Musk, the CEO of Tesla who acquired Twitter for $44 billion last year, was also interested in the new software. A cease-and-desist letter was delivered by Twitter to its tech rival (META) – Get Free Report, threatening legal action for allegedly employing former Twitter employees to build a “copycat” of Twitter, a charge that Meta sources have debunked.
Taking a shot at Zuckerberg and his new app, Musk didn’t hold back, and he verified his stance by tweeting, “Competition is fine, cheating is not.” This tweet further fueled the ongoing public feud between the two tech moguls, adding another layer of intensity to their already heated rivalry.
It appears that both billionaires are willing to take their competition to the next level. The cage match between Zuckerberg and Musk looms on the horizon, leaving many eagerly anticipating the outcome of this high-stakes clash between two of the world’s most influential and innovative minds.
