“Sit down and shut the f*** up,” Sickened Dana White wanted to hit ‘idiot’ journalist with chair after stupid WWE-UFC merger question
Dana White slams down a reporter trying to stir up some trouble at the UFC 287 press conference.

Dana White slams down reporter for asking stupid questions at UFC 287 press conference. Reporters usually need juicy answers to print headlines so they ask controversial or provoking questions answering which isn’t usually in the best interest of the fighter.
UFC President Dana White does not seem to like this. At the UFC 287 press conference, White encouraged to ask questions relating to the fight but some of the reporters did not seem to comply.
A video of Dana White slamming one of the reporters is currently going viral. The Schmo ( the reporter ) in the UFC 287 press conference asked Kevin Holland a question regarding the UFC-WWE merger. He asked, “WWE UFC merger, one umbrella. Past or present professional wrestling. If you could skull one person with the steel chair, who would it be? or UFC fighter? wrestling ring.”
“No comment. I’m trying not to get in trouble”, Kevin Holland replied.
Dana White looked annoyed at this and subsequently said, “Thank you very much. Any other stupid questions”.

Dana White speaks up on troublesome reporters

Dana White speaks on “the idiot” in a later interview. “Do you have any intelligent questions that you would like to ask them? And then that other f*cking idiot gets up there and goes now that the WWE deal is done. Who would you like to hit with a f*cking chair? You motherf*cker that’s who. Sit down and shut the f*ck up. That’s what I gotta deal with every f*cking weekend. Listen to this f*cking idiot.”
People on Twitter pointed out an interesting angle within the viral video. Dana White actually knows The Schmo. It isn’t like they are complete strangers, Dana White has gone on The Schmo’s podcast multiple times, so what may have caused Dana White to speak about someone he’s familiar with like the way he did?
Maybe UFC President Dana White is simply fed up with reporters trying to stir up controversies among fighters and causing trouble for their headlines. Several reporters were silenced during the UFC 287 press conference when they inquired about the altercations involving Kevin Holland and Jorge Masvidal.
Dana White explains that whenever fighters answer such controversial questions or take someone’s name it causes trouble backstage and at the hotel. Fighters obviously have egos and they do not like anybody talking slick about them anywhere. Thus situations can quickly escalate and Dana White doesn’t want his fighters throwing fists anywhere other than in the octagon.
